Parham Javaheri

Parham Javaheri serves as Executive Vice President, President of Real Estate and Chief Property Development Officer at Life Time, where he leads the company's growth strategy. Since joining Life Time in 2004, he has held multiple roles in support of advancing the company's mission to provide innovative health, wellness and entertainment experiences and destinations designed to serve all ages. Parham has led the real estate and development team since 2014, and his leadership experience also includes three years as President of Club Operations, with executive oversight of all Life Time club operations across the United States and Canada. He draws on decades of property development expertise to support the company's ongoing expansion through ground-up athletic country club prototypes, redevelopment of existing real estate, office and mixed use developments as well as the launch and expansion of Life Time Living – a disruptive new force in multifamily development anchored on the community created by a Life Time Living club as the athletic country club for residents.
