Parham Javaheri

Parham Javaheri oversees club operations and property development at Life Time. Since joining the company in 2004, he has served in multiple roles in support of advancing Life Time’s mission to provide innovative health, wellness and entertainment experiences and destinations designed to serve all ages. Parham has led the company’s real estate and development team since 2014 and most recently assumed responsibility for executive oversight of all Life Time club operations across the United States and Canada as the brand furthers its unique position as a premier health and wellness leisure and lifestyle brand. He also continues to leverage his 20+-year expertise and leadership in property development to support the company’s ongoing expansion through ground-up athletic country club prototypes, redevelopment of existing real estate, office and residential-based clubs and the creation of mixed-use lifestyle centers.
