Erik Weaver

Erik Weaver is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Life Time, the nation’s premier healthy lifestyle brand. Since joining the company in 2004, Erik has held several key financial leadership roles and has been instrumental in shaping Life Time’s financial strategy.

In his current role, Erik oversees all aspects of Life Time’s financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and tax functions.

Erik was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President in April 2022. Prior to this, he served as Vice President and Controller, as well as the Company’s senior director of corporate accounting. Erik started his career at Life Time in 2004 as a staff accountant.

Before joining Life Time, Erik held positions at PPV Vision, Inc., where he gained experience in financial operations such as accounting and tax.

Erik holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Hamline University.
