Steve has been with Life Time since 2016 and has worked with endurance athletes for more than 12 years. He studied nutritional science and chemistry at the University of Arizona. As a former college baseball pitcher turned triathlete, Steve specializes in endurance training and performance athlete nutrition. He has a deep understanding of metabolism and how to improve it through proper diet, exercise and metabolic conditioning.

Abby has been with Life Time for more than 12 years. She works with clients to fuel their bodies with the best possible nutrition to optimize health and performance. Abby is a competitive athlete and has gone from running 100 mile mountain races to setting state records in powerlifting.

He’s also coached many on the ins and outs of weightlifting and results powered by nutrition. Cole has personal experience as a powerlifter and loves helping his clients find success in the sport and bodybuilding.
