Eric Buss

Eric Buss is Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Life Time, the nation’s premier healthy lifestyle brand. Since joining the company in 1999, Eric has served as a key executive leader and played a central role in shaping Life Time’s evolution into a comprehensive healthy way of life company.

In his role, Eric oversees human capital, legal, risk management, corporate communications, and other administrative functions, while also supporting business development, acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives.

Eric has been an Executive Vice President since 2005.   During Eric’s tenure at Life Time, he has served as both Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel, and he led key transactions such as the company’s IPO, go-private leveraged buyout, many financing transactions, major acquisitions and many new business launches and expansions. Prior to Life Time, he worked as an attorney at Faegre & Benson LLP and as a staff auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a double major in Accounting and Finance. He also received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
